We partnered with Birnn Chocolates of Vermont to sell decadent, handmade Birnn Chocolate truffles in an assortment of flavors. Birnn truffles are made with the finest local ingredients and are naturally gluten-free.

Julia Birnn, a fourth-generation confectioner, said that she was eager to support CVHHH’s Valentine’s Day fundraiser again this year. Last year, she donated 200 two-pack chocolate gift boxes. “The staff at CVHHH continue to be on the front lines, giving compassionate care to individuals at home,” she said. “It takes an incredible group of people to care for individuals in need.”
