Leadership for Central Vermont by Central Vermonters

The leadership team at Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which works in conjunction with our CEO to determine the agency mission and goals, set agency standards, controls, and policies, and ensure that all programs, activities, and operations at CVHHH adhere to these policies.

We also work with two medical directors, Hospice Medical Director Alyson Abbruzzi, DO, and Home Health Medical Director Anthony Williams, MD, who are affiliated with the University of Vermont Health Network-Central Vermont Medical Center, to provide medical oversight for our Home Care and Hospice teams. CVHHH is a member of the VNAs of Vermont, the professional association of nine non-profit Visiting Nurse Associations serving the entire state of Vermont.
