Heartsongs are fine porcelain ornaments hand-crafted for CVHHH by Horizon Porcelain in Burke Hollow, Vermont. Each heart ornament is embossed with a floral detail and can be personalized in memory or honor of someone special. Give Heartsongs as a gift or display the beautiful ornament in your home to serve as a cherished reminder of the most important connections in your life.
Ornaments are $25. You may pick up at the CVHHH office in Berlin or have shipped for an additional $5. Proceeds from the sale of Heartsongs support CVHHH’s hospice program.
