Did you know that 5 to 20% of the US population gets the flu every year, causing possible losses to workplace productivity and revenue due to staff calling in sick?
Our Health Promotions team can host worksite flu clinics at your office at a date and time that is convenient for you. Onsite flu clinics are one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your staff and their families from the flu this season.
We offer Quadrivalent vaccine which protects against four different flu strains.
Two convenient payment options are available:
Option 1 – NEW: New for 2015, we can bill staff insurance holders directly. If 15, or more, staff sign up, there is no cost to your worksite to host the clinic. If fewer than 15 staff sign up, there is a fee of $48 per nurse per hour to administer vaccines. We accept Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont, Cigna and MVP. For staff without insurance, we will send your worksite a bill at a rate of $25 per vaccine administered.
Option 2: The cost for this clinic is $48 per hour per nurse and $25 per vaccination. We do not bill insurances with this option. With one nurse we are able to vaccinate up to 20 employees per hour.
