The Flu Vaccine is the Best Way to Protect Your Workplace from the Flu
Worksite flu clinics are one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your staff from the flu and prevent lost days of work due to illness or hospitalization. Let CVHHH coordinate a private, onsite flu clinic at your workplace. Vaccinations are available for anyone aged 18 years and older.
We offer Quadrivalent vaccine, which protects against four different flu strains; two influenza A viruses and two influenza B viruses. To learn more about the Quadrivalent flu vaccine, visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website page.
All vaccinations are administered by a licensed nurse.
We Offer Two Convenient Payment Options
Option 1 CVHHH will bill staff insurance holders directly. If 15, or more, staff sign up, there is no cost to your worksite to host the clinic. If fewer than 15 staff sign up, there is a fee of $48 per nurse per hour to administer vaccines. We accept Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna and MVP. For staff without insurance, we will send your worksite a bill at a rate of $25 per vaccine administered.
Option 2 The cost for this clinic is $48 per hour per nurse and $25 per vaccination. We do not bill insurances with this option. With one nurse we are able to vaccinate up to 20 employees per hour.
