About the Tournament
The Hospice Memorial Golf Tournament was founded in 1996 by friends and family of central Vermonter Scott Freeman, who utilized our hospice services. Hospice provides expert medical treatment, pain and symptom management, along with emotional and spiritual support, for individuals living with serious illness. Care is centered on an individuals’ needs and is provided wherever an individual resides (at home, in a nursing home, assisted living facility).
