This year, CVHHH nurses, therapists, social workers, aides, and PCAs traveled close to 750,000 miles and performed close to 100,000 visits caring for 2800 central Vermonters. We know how important it is to receive hospital level care at home. It allows you and your loved ones to heal in a familiar place while you keep your support systems in tact and close by. This is a gift!
