Grief support groups are led by Diana Moore, CVHHH Bereavement Coordinator, in six-week blocks. Groups focus on learning various ways to cope with grief through mutual support and by sharing personal experiences.
Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for exploration of the changes brought to our lives by the death of a loved one. Information shared during the meetings stays in the group settings creating a safe and non-judgmental space for participants. Groups meet in person.
