We’d like to extend our congratulations to Dr. John Valentine, who was recently named Physician of the Year by the Vermont Medical Society. Please join us in celebrating and thanking Dr. Valentine for 35 years of committed, compassionate and collaborative care. Dr. Valentine has been a longtime partner of Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice, and, when called upon, filled in as our Interim Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director.
After this week, Dr. Valentine will retire from his post at Central Vermont Medical Center. We will miss him dearly and look forward to seeing and him, with his wife Jane Valentine, who works in our Medical Records Department, at events and around town.
