We are thrilled to welcome beloved New England storyteller and writer Willem Lange as honorary chair of our 2015 Fall Solicitation.
Perhaps you recognize Lange from his regular contributions on Vermont Public Radio. Or, maybe you’ve read his Yankee Notebook column in the newspaper. You may have seen him walking around Monpelier. Click here to read the letter that Lange wrote in support of our agency (and which went out in the mail to over 1,000 members of the central Vermont community this week). Like Lange, you may be amazed at the advanced telemonitor technology that our clinicians use in the home to provide a higher level of care to patients.
