Better Breathers is a free, local support group for central Vermonters affected by chronic lung disease, including COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer.
Better Breathers clubs feature educational presentations on a range of topics, including exercise, breathing techniques, how lung disease affects the lungs, and medications and treatments options.
Meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of every month on the following dates:
- May 17
- June 21
- July 19
- August 16
- September 20
