Dear CVHHH –
I credit your physical therapist’s knowledge and professional care with the gains that I have made since my total knee replacement. I don’t think I could have had a better therapist. I give CVHHH an A+ rating. Thank you!

Dear CVHHH Hospice Team -
There are no words.  Thank you so much for giving Kathleen the best care anyone could wish for their loved one.  We read some of the journal you used to keep each other informed.  It was a testament to the team work, collaboration, knowledge and love that went into her care and her being able to spend her last days at home.  With deepest appreciation.
                                                                              – Ann and Bruce Perreault, Leicester

Dear CVHHH –
My nurse was very good about checking my wound for infection, drawing blood, and keeping my doctor’s office aware of my condition. My physical therapist was great about describing exercises and ways for me to keep my ankle in motion to help in healing and limberness. Your staff also helped my family members provide care in between their visits. Thank you.

Dear CVHHH Hospice Team
Now that some time has passed and the world is starting to come into focus again, it is time to thank you for the superb care you provided to Barbara Corrigan during her final days.  She found great comfort in talking to the team of nurses who came to our house, some of whom hold her most guarded thoughts.  The gentle care given her failing body not only brought her relief, but also made those of us who loved her feel better.  We thank you for the honesty, understanding nature and nursing knowledge that brought us all through the last hours of Barbara's life with empathy, smiles and dignity.  We are grateful to all of you, and for an organization whose purpose is to allow people to live and die on their own terms.  Thank you for the loving care.
