"CVHHH staff members treated our mother as if she was their own mother. They provided great comfort to us as we left for work each day, knowing we were leaving Mom in such good and caring hands," says Jude Daye, daughter of Anna Henry pictured on the right with Physical Therapist Melanie Moore.
CVHHH's team of nurses, therapists, home health aides and personal care attendants, coordinating with Anna's four daughters, made it possible for her to remain at home. Melanie Moore explains:
"It was a team effort, with Anna herself at the center of the team. She maintained a hearty sense of humor and dignity and was determined not to let her limitations keep her down for long."

Hospice and Palliative Care . . .
"There are no words. Thank you so much for giving Kathleen the best care anyone could wish for their loved one. We read some of the journal you used to keep each other informed. It was a testament to the team work, collaboration, knowledge and love that went into her care and her being able to spend her last days at home. With deepest appreciation." - Former Hospice Family Member
