Weekend Home Care RN Part-Time

Join Our Team: Part Time Weekend Home Care RN with On-Call 

Compensation: Minimum starting rate of $50 hourly plus $8 weekend differential

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8AM-4PM, including on-call duties from 4:00PM-8:00AM

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you’ll:

• Utilize your nursing skills and professional judgment to work independently.
• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
• Deliver hospital-level care and manage cases to ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues, local physicians, and community providers to offer exceptional healthcare.
• Set goals of care using a full range of clinical and communication skills.
• Enjoy a weekend role with a schedule of Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including on-call duties from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements:

• VT Licensed RN (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of two years’ clinical acute care nursing experience required. Home care experience and/or previous case management experience in a home care setting and discharge planning and/or utilization review experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
