Join Our Team: Speech-Language Pathologist
Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days per week

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you’ll:
- Provide speech and language services reflecting expertise and intervention in accordance with prescribed standard speech therapy practice.
- Effectively assess the patients’ needs in their homes and implement and execute a plan of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues, local physicians, and community providers to provide exceptional health care to our patients.

Requirements:
- VT Licensed SLP
- Graduate of an education institution approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid driver’s license
