Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft orientation schedules tailored to various roles, coordinating with multiple calendars to book trainings and training rooms, and facilitate onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Establish personnel files for incoming employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately processed and filed.
  • Efficiently conduct background checks and manage the paperwork for new hires.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings such as 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins and exit interviews, ensuring smooth scheduling and execution.
  • Take charge of scheduling, reporting, and tracking staff training hours using the Relias training platform, ensuring compliance and proficiency.
  • Provide invaluable support to the Clinical Manager in processing timecards for traveling staff.
  • Assist with planning, organization, and execution of HR related events.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in a clinical/office environment.  Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office
