Heartsongs is our annual end-of-year celebration of hospice and the holidays. Every year, we sell hand-crafted porcelain ornaments that can be adorned with the name of someone close to your heart. Proceeds from Heartsongs benefit our hospice program.
These beautiful, heart-shaped ornaments are made by Horizon Porcelain in Burke Hollow, Vermont and embossed with a delicate lace detail. They can be personalized in memory, or in honor, of a special person. Each ornament costs $20.
