Gifts of Gratitude
Gifts of Gratitude allow patients and family members to recognize the outstanding care provided by
Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice. Patients and their families can make a donation as a thank you to a special nurse, therapist, home health aide, personal care attendant, or any staff member, who made an impact and provided memorable care.
Gifts of Gratitude may be used in the following ways:
- Where the need is greatest
- To provide charitable care to un- or under-insured community members
- To invest in staff training
- To purchase new equipment
Your tax-deductible gift supports our work and is a meaningful way to show appreciation for a special staff member. Every caregiver and staff member is notified when a donation is made on his or her behalf.
Memorial gifts are a wonderful way to honor a loved one who has received care from Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice.
