Grateful Giving Program
Our Grateful Giving Program gives patients and families the opportunity to express their gratitude to CVHHH and to CVHHH staff for services and care provided. Your Grateful Giving donation is a meaningful way to honor a specific caregiver or CVHHH clinical team, or to remember a loved one who received care from us.
Make A Tribute Gift
Honor a loved one, recognize a special friend, or commemorate a milestone such as a birthday or anniversary, by making a tribute gift to CVHHH in an individual’s name. The honoree will be notified of your gift if you choose but will not know the amount of your gift.
