29 Years of the CVHHH Hospice Golf Tournament
CVHHH’s golf tournament was started in 1996, and, over three decades, has grown into a celebratory day-long event to help raise awareness and funds to support CVHHH’s Hospice program. In 2024, CVHHH’s Hospice team cared for 284 Central Vermonters and their families, who consistently share that the greatest benefits of the end-of-life care their family received were comfort, agency, and an improved quality of life for their loved one.
