About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our home health and hospice agency. You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiations.
    • Responsible for the full onboarding lifecycle process from schedules through to presentation with agency departments.
    • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and community resources to expand talent networks.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment processes.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Assists with the planning, organization and execution of employee appreciation, recognition, special events, and/or related programs for the benefit of employee morale and retention.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field bachelor’s preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the home health and hospice industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance in hiring practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
