Hospice Care
Helping people live meaningfully, comfortably, and as fully as possible.
At Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH), we believe that home is the best place to heal. This is why we bring medical care, education, and support that was once only available in the hospital to our patients’ front doors.
Patient visits can take place in bed, in a favorite recliner, or at the kitchen table. The freedom to receive care where a person is most comfortable is one of the many reasons Central Vermonters choose CVHHH.
Our clinicians and caregivers are experienced, licensed professionals, and many of them are certified to provide specialized services like advanced wound care and newborn nursing care at home. We embrace new technologies, participate in innovative pilot programs, and regularly evaluate our service offerings to ensure that we can meet our patients’ needs and support their independence.
