Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshop

Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) and Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA) are co-hosting a Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop. This free, virtual six-week class series gives you the confidence and support to better care for your loved one — and yourself. This class is for anyone caring for another person. You can be a spouse, partner, parent, or friend, at home or in a care facility.

CVHHH’s Stacey Rockwell, LMSW, and Jamie Malone, LMSW, will help you:

• Reduce stress
• Improve your confidence as a caregiver
• Manage your time, set goals, and solve problems
• Communicate in challenging situations
• Make tough decisions
• Locate helpful resources

This workshop will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. on Zoom for six consecutive Wednesdays, beginning January 21 and ending February 25, 2026.
