CVHHH 2026 Golf Tournament

Is there a better way to kick off summer than spending the day on a beautiful local golf course with colleagues and friends to support a program that truly makes a difference here in Central Vermont? This tournament helps raise critical funds and awareness for CVHHH’s hospice program, which provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in the comfort of home.

Ways to Get Involved:

1.  Sponsor – Support hospice care while highlighting your business. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to emckenna@cvhhh.org
   • Gift Sponsor – $2,000 | 4 green fees, name and logo on dedicated sign at registration, in Gift Sponsor Spotlight in email to 2,500+ constituents, and in THANK YOU print ad in local newspapers
   • Lunch Sponsor – $1,500 | 4 green fees, name and logo on dedicated sign at lunch, on Facebook, and in THANK YOU print ad in local newspapers
   • Eagle Sponsor – $1,100 | 4 green fees, name and logo on sponsor sign at one designated hole, on Facebook, and in THANK YOU print ad in local newspapers
   • Par Sponsor – $600 | 2 green fees, name and logo on sponsor sign near course entrance
   • Hole Sponsor – $250 | Name and logo on a sponsor sign at one designated hole
2.  Volunteer – Lend a hand on tournament day or behind the scenes
3.  Golf – Play 18 holes at the beautiful Country Club of Barre. Sign up as an individual (we’ll add you to a team), or as a team.
