Starlene Campeau, Scheduler, Above & Beyond Winner for February

We are pleased to announce that Starlene Campeau, Home Health Care Scheduler for Team B, has been named Above & Beyond Award winner for February. CVHHH gives out the Award monthly to celebrate the outstanding work of one employee on behalf of CVHHH staff, the agency, or the central Vermont community. Starlene was nominated by her colleagues, including Kim Paterson, PT, who said that Starlene is always reaching out to support other departments. “In my opinion, she goes above and beyond in all she does,” Kim said. Chandra Miller, PTA, added, “Starlene is patient with clinicians, gets to work early, and always works hard.”

“I enjoy working with a variety of clinicians and staff,” said Starlene, whose mother was cared for by CVHHH. “Everyone who works here wants to help our patients and will work with me to ensure that the people who need to be seen are seen in a timely manner. We are all part of a team of clinicians and staff working together for a common goal, which is to serve our patients. I think it’s important to help my peers when they need it in order to make the team continue to function as a supportive unit.”

Before joining CVHHH in the fall of 2016, Starlene worked for Health Access Eligibility Unit as a Supervisor and Health Care Specialist. Starlene has also worked at the Central Vermont Council on Aging. Starlene lives in Barre with her father, niece, and brother and is actively involved with her niece’s competitive dancing. She also occasionally judges cheerleading competitions.
