Record Year for 18th Annual Seasons of Life

In its 18th year, Seasons of Life, Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice’s largest annual fundraiser, fashion show, dinner, and live auction, brought in over $60,000 in net proceeds to support CVHHH programs and services.

“I want to recognize, and thank, all of our generous sponsors and guests who helped us exceed this year’s event goal by over $20,000,” said Kim Farnum, Manager of Community Relations & Development. “Together, we raised over $60,000 in net proceeds to benefit CVHHH. Without the support of our community, this would not have been possible.”

On Friday, October 13, members of the central Vermont community, with CVHHH board members, staff, and management — with special guest Vermont Governor Phil Scott — gathered at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Montpelier for the event. Governor Scott mingled with guests and opened the show with remarks on the impact that CVHHH has in central Vermont, especially in helping to protect the most vulnerable members of the community. Emcees Melissa Sheketoff and Alexandra Montgomery, co-anchors of WCAX’s Morning News, kept the show lively and thriving while announcing two modeling sets, auctioning off 14 Live Auction packages, and announcing over 60 Wine Pull winners. Guests also enjoyed a silent auction and an India Hicks Trunk Show.
