Pediatric High Tech RN/LPN

We are looking for a Per Diem Pediatric High Tech RN/LPN to provide in-home nursing care to clients and families receiving care from CVHHH’s Maternal-Child Health team.

Your Day-to-Day as a Pediatric High Tech RN/LPN

• Provides in home nursing services to children enrolled in the Pediatric Hi Tech program. LPN will follow a care plan tailored to the individual child supervised by a registered nurse.

Pediatric High Tech RN/LPN Requirements

• Minimum Education: Practical Nursing Certificate
• Minimum Work Experience: One year experience as an RN or LPN.
• Required Licenses: Valid Vermont RN or LPN license.
• Valid Vermont state driver’s license.
