Requirements:

• Vermont Licensed RN (BSN preferred) with a passion for hospice and palliative care.
• Prior hospice experience and/or case management background preferred, though comprehensive training and orientation will be provided.
• Valid VT driver’s license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance is essential for home visits.
