Who We’re Seeking: The agency receptionist at CVHHH is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service and completing front-desk operations while providing administrative support to various departments. Key responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone system with efficiency and professionalism, using software such as Microsoft Office, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. The role requires a friendly, team player with excellent time management, organizational abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you’ll:
- Greet and welcome visitors as the first point of contact, open or close the office, and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Operate the multi-line phone system, route incoming phone calls, and assist agency visitors efficiently and professionally.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, and assist with administrative tasks such as copying, filing, preparing mailings, and assembling documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software products to support internal and external customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of receptionist experience. Prior experience handling multi-line phone system preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Valid driver’s license
