Your Day-to-Day

  • As a member of the Senior Leadership team, oversee the Agency’s Human Recourses, Facilities and Disaster Operations programs and collaborate with the CEO, CFO, CMO, COO and CQO to plan and implement the annual budgets and the day-to-day operations.
  • Conducts market research and establishes the agency wage and salary structure, pay policies and monitor all pay practice and systems for effectiveness.
  • Designs, plans, and implements the rollout of the benefits program to all employees that promote health and wellness and are consistent with our Agency values
  • Serves as Plan Administrator for the Agency’s retirement plan and other ERISA qualified benefit plans and ensures compliance with all related Federal and/or State regulations and procedures.  Assists the CFO and external auditor with the annual retirement plan audit.
  • Designs, directs, and manages an Agency-wide process of organizational development that addresses issues such as organizational culture, succession planning, key employee retention, engagement, organizational design, and change management so that it supports the attainment of the Agency’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Establishes and leads the recruiting, hiring, and selection process necessary to acquire and retain a high-caliber, professional workforce.
  • Ensures Agency compliance with all existing Human Resources related laws, regulations, governmental, and labor legal and reporting requirements.
  • Oversees and assists with internal investigations of staff /volunteers related to APS and/or drug diversion allegations and ensure that reports are made in compliance with State regulations/requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or a  combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
  • Five years human resources management experience , preferable in health care.  SPHR preferred but not required.
