Our Hospice team invites you to join us at our annual Spring Time of Remembrance as we honor and remember those members of our community served by CVHHH. There will be hors d’oeuvres, an art table for children, readings, remembrances and music by Carolyn’s Angel Band and our hospice nurses and volunteers. Taps will be played to honor veterans.
