A Holiday Letter from Sandy Rousse

The holiday season is in full swing, and I am sure that many of you are busy with last-minute holiday shopping, gift wrapping, and preparing your homes for your family and friends to visit next week.

As we finish up another year, I want to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone in our community for your continued support of Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice. Almost every day, I am happily surprised to learn of a new connection between our organization and someone in the community. Many of our staff, myself included, live in one of the 23 towns we serve. Their children go to school here. They grew up here, and their parents still live nearby. These connections run deep.

Our Fall Solicitation, with artist and Calais resident Mary Azarian serving as Honorary Chair, is underway. In her letter to the community, Mary notes that almost everyone in this area is touched in some way by CVHHH. In fact, our staff drive over 700,000 miles to the far reaches of Washington County, and to a few towns in Orange County, to make over 85,000 home health, hospice, and long-term care visits every year to care for people in their homes.

I are so proud to be a part of the fabric of this community, and want to thank you for choosing CVHHH for your care and for your continued support of our work.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, and Staff, have a happy holiday season and a joyous new year!

You may contribute to the Fall Solicitation by making a secure, tax-deductible donation on our website.
