New Drumming-Bereavement Group Starting in May

What An experiential group for anyone grieving the loss of loved ones who is yearning for a creative, physical outlet. We will use drums to express our grief, individually and collectively, in a safe and supportive structure. Drumming experience is not necessary.

Who Ages 16 and up

When 4th Tuesdays of the Month from 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Where Christ Episcopal Church, 64 State Street, Montpelier (in the Parish Hall)

Bring your own drum if you are able. Some drums and shakers will be provided. Love offerings accepted for the church space.
