We have partnered with UVMHN-Central Vermont Medical Center and the American Lung Association in Vermont to bring the Better Breathers support group to central Vermont. These free monthly meet-ups offer education and support to help people living with lung disease cope with their condition and feel better. Each meeting focuses on a single topic. Areas covered include nutrition, breathing techniques, wellness, self care, and preparing for flu season.
