ContinueCare: Everything you need to feel at home
ContinueCare provides services on a long or short term basis to assist clients with their personal care needs, housekeeping, shopping and errands, in addition to nursing care, respite and companionship. ContinueCare services are provided in minimum 4 hour visits in the client's home, a hospital or extended care facility.

Services are paid for privately by the client, their family, or private insurance. The ContinueCare goal is to meet the needs of our clients and their families, up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with flexibility and compassion.

Although ContinueCare is a private pay service, some Long Term Care insurance providers pay up to 100% of costs. ContinueCare will work with you and your insurance provider to determine your level of reimbursement eligibility. Medicare-eligible services will be billed directly to Medicare.

Gift Certificates
Do you have a loved one, friend or neighbor in need of ContinueCare services? Gift certificates in increments of 4 hour blocks are available to assist someone you care about with light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, cooking, errands and companionship.
