BILLING SPECIALIST (apply online)
Part-time (30 hour week) To maintain accounts aging and perform a multitude of billing functions using a computer system that integrates clinical and billing functions.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (apply online)
Part-time (20 hour week)
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Assistant ensures the efficient provision of a broad range of Human Resource services and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Nurse Educator / Preceptor (apply online)
Full-time (37.50 hour week) The Nurse Educator/Preceptor is responsible for orientation of clinical staff new to Home Health or clinical staff needing refresher training. The focus of the job is to train new clinical staff to deliver safe, high-quality home care to patients in a home setting.
HOME CARE RN's (apply online)
Full-time Vermont licensed Registered Nurses to work in our Home Care Program to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting. Two years med-surg experience is preferred.
HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE RN (apply online)
Part-time (30 hour week) Vermont Registered Nurse to work in our Hospice & Palliative Care program to provide hospice & palliative care to patients in their homes.
Maternal Child Health, RN (apply online)
Full-time (37.5 Hour week) Vermont Registered Nurse to work in our Maternal Child Health Program to work with children and families in their homes. The Community Health / Maternal Child Health Nurse provides direct nursing care to women, infants, and children. The care provided reflects a specialized knowledge, expertise, and appropriate intervention in accordance with prescribed standards of nursing.

PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS (PCA) (apply

Caregivers needed in the community! CVHHH regularly has Personal Care
Attendant (PCA) positions available throughout Washington County to help
foster independence for frail and elderly residents. PCA's provide assistance
with housekeeping, personal care, hygiene, transportation, and shopping.
We provide services 365 days-a-year, 24 hours-a-day, so a wide variety
of schedules are often available - from occasional on-call/per diem jobs to a regular full-time 37.5 hour week.
