HEALTH SCREENINGS
| CVHHH hosts bi-monthly Health Screening Clinics (Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, and Blood Pressure) throughout the year at the Montpelier Senior Center for elderly and/or disabled persons. There is a fee of $20 for blood tests; blood pressure test is free. |
